Returns & Exchanges

  • 7-day return or exchange from the date of delivery

  • Items must be unused, unworn, with original packaging

  • Proof of purchase & unboxing video are mandatory

Eligible Cases

Returns or exchanges are accepted only if:

  • Product is damaged (reported within 3 days)

  • Product has missing parts

  • Wrong item delivered

Shipping Charges

  • Return shipping charges are to be borne by the customer

  • Original shipping charges are already covered by us
